Can you imagine fifteen newly arrived refugees from all around the world, living as one big family? That means adults, single moms with babies, unaccompanied teens, all taking their first steps towards building a new life; looking for healing and a safe place to start again. Our dream is to once again provide critically needed shelter and compassionate support to 25-30 refugees this next year.
Welcome Home is a vibrant Christian ministry. In addition to a place to live, we offer community meals, outings, spiritual conversations and lots of English practice. We mobilize local volunteers to become a Canadian friend to members of the Welcome Home family. Every dollar you raise is the "seed money" for our 2013 budget- just think what God can do through you!
For more information, please contact Sharon at welcome.home@iteams.org or phone 226-220-4081.
Together we can make a life-changing difference for a refugee!
